Note: Rates are based on single night occupancy for up to 2 adults. During the off-season we can sometimes give discounts on visits of 3 or more consecutive nights. Please be specific when inquiring about rates.
Check In & Check Out
Our check out time is 10:00 am. We do not have a specific check in time. We know that our horse racing fans especially like to check in before the races and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. While there are no guarantees, more times than not we can have something ready to go by 12:00 pm.
Payment
We accept cash, Master Card, Visa and American Express. Payment must be made in full when checking in. Sorry no personal checks at check in.
Deposits
For racing season and special events we require a single night deposit. In most cases this is to be paid by check when reservations are made well in advance.
Room Cancellations
Room cancellations received prior to 30 days during racing season and special events will receive a full refund of deposit sent. This includes shortening your number of days spent with us. While we know this sounds strict, please understand that we are small and because we are not right in town there is often a good chance that we will not be able fill our rooms at the last minute.
Apartment Cancellation
The apartment requires a credit card and the full amount is charged at the time of booking. The 30 day cancellation applies and one night in full will be charged. There is an additional penalty at 5 days which is the first night in full plus 50% of the additional nights cancelled.
Minimum Stay
During racing season weekends and some special events we do require a 2 or 3 night minimum stay. Thursday and Sunday may be combined with Friday and Saturday to make that requirement.
