Note: Rates are based on single night occupancy for up to 2 adults. During the off-season we will give discounts on visits of 3 or more consecutive nights. Please be specific when inquiring about rates.
Check In & Check Out
Our check out time is 10:00 am. We do not have a specific check in time. We know that our horse racing fans especially like to check in before the races and we'll do our best to accommodate them. While there are no guarantees, more times than not we can have something ready to go by 12:00 pm.
We accept cash, Master Card, Visa and American Express. Payment must be made in full when checking in. Sorry no personal checks at check in.
For racing season and special events we require a single night deposit. In most cases this is to be paid by check when reservations are made well in advance.
Cancellations received prior to 30 days during racing season and special events will receive a full refund of deposit sent. This includes shortening your number of days spent with us. While we know this sounds strict, please understand that we are small and because we are not right in town there is often a good chance that we will not be able fill our rooms at the last minute.
During racing season weekends and some special events we do require a 2 or 3 night minimum stay. Thursday and Sunday may be combined with Friday and Saturday to make that requirement.
